Nelly is a Physician Assistant-Certified professional with over 7 years of experience in wellness and aesthetic medicine and a master injector. She did not come from consulting. She built a medspa from absolute zero. No patient base. No outside capital. Started in the back room of a laser studio.

She scaled that business into a seven-figure exit through systems, database reactivation, operational discipline, and smart growth strategy. No paid ads in the beginning. No hype. No shortcuts. After her exit, she founded Edge AI Agency to help clinic owners install the same systems that helped her grow, now powered by AI and automation.
